I return 90% of things I buy (and often buy the same thing multiple times and return it multiple times (for example, "sweet rain boots")), and seeing as how I don't make it to upstate NY too often, I know I will have to make very careful, thoughtful purchases. Tips from experienced outlet shoppers are appreciated and welcome. As a not-very-savvy outlet shopper but lover of awesome stuff, I am both excited and nervous about WCYK09.
