We’re having so much fun in Hawaii we almost forgot about Target’s newest designer collaboration with Tucker which officially launches this Sunday, September 12. Fortunately for us, all the September fashion magazines we’ve been reading on the beach have lots of ads that reminded us.
We haven’t been this excited for a Target designer collection since Liberty, and it’s been six whole months since we bought up practically every Liberty for Target piece (I even wore the one-shoulder ruffle floral maxi tonight in Hawaii). If you loved the Liberty pieces, chances are you’ll like Tucker, too. The line, created in 2005 by stylist Gaby Basora, is known for its floral and abstract prints and has a huge celebrity following. That’s enough to convince us, but we really don’t need much convincing to check out Target designer duds.
We’re heading straight from the Philadelphia airport to our local Target when we land on Friday and will keep checking all weekend. We hope to be basking in our new Tucker purchases in time for the VMAs on Sunday night. You know it’s our favorite awards show of the year – don’t forget to watch!

I wore it last week to work, too – it’s so cute! If you look closely in the military jacket post (http://bit.ly/ddp6XL), you can see I’m wearing it underneath that as well (yes, I wore it twice in one week. I’m not ashamed).
